Green Ocean Foundation is a registered charity governed by a board with an independent Chair, and we comply with the Charities Governance Code. Our directors are unpaid, and our financial statements are independently examined and publicly filed. Watermark Coffee, our founding funder, supports us under a written agreement, and the Foundation pays it nothing for any goods or services.
